Maayos packaging but it was slightly wet because inabutan ng bagyo. I received the product 2 days early which is great. About the product, there are no damage, inclusions are complete, color is correct, and very comfortable sa neck. Also, this has 5 levels, level 1 is okay lang, level 2 malakas na, level 3 malakas, and for level 4 and 5 super lakas. Be mindful nalang sa adapter na gagamitin for charging, make sure na sundin yung instructions para hindi masira kaagad and hindi sayang ang pera ;)

I have been using this product for more than 2 weeks and I have no complains! I do suggest that users of this product should clean the neck fan at least once a week, as you can see in the photo... I cleaned mine with tweezers and a wet wipe, it's not very difficult to clean but i definitely noticed a difference after cleaning it.
I am super happy to have bought this because i don't like holding many items so the fact that it sits comfortably around my neck is the best feeling!
Btw, I have been using this for almost all day everyday since I bought it and I timed the charging time, it does take 3-4 hours but it lasts me an entire day on different air levels.
The best ang Jisulife! I will give this fan as gifts for my friends and family
